LeBron-Produced "Million Dollar Mile" Debuts Tonight On CBS

"Million Dollar Mile," a new obstacle course show exec produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter for SpringHill Entertainment, debuts tonight at 9:00pm ET on CBS. The series is in the "same lane as 'American Ninja Warrior,' but with a few twists up its sleeves." After getting a "two-minute head start, contestants are chased by world-class athletes trying to stop them from completing the course" and winning the $1M. Tim Tebow hosts, with commentary provided by ESPN’s Maria Taylor and Chargers broadcaster Matt Smith (CLEVELAND.com, 3/26).

CBS’ promo spot for the show has generated "nearly 371 million TV ad impressions," placing it in the top spot in the weekly "Promo Mojo" rankings from BROADCASTING & CABLE and iSpot.tv. The rankings cover the seven-day period through March 24, revealing the "shows networks have been promoting most heavily to drive tune-in" (BROADCASTINGCABLE.com, 3/27).
