MLB's New Playoff Video Takes Aim At Unwritten Rules

MLB takes direct aim at criticism based on the sport’s unwritten rules in a new ad promoting the postseason and the exuberance of many of its young players. “Let The Kids Play” features HOFer Ken Griffey Jr., who in his playing days was also accused of not respecting the game’s culture. “No more talk. Let the kids play,” Griffey says in the spot. The ad includes Yankees LF Giancarlo Stanton, Dodgers RF Yasiel Puig, Indians SS Francisco Lindor, Astros SS Carlos Correa, Braves LF Ronald Acuna Jr. and Red Sox RF Mookie Betts, among others.
