Spectra, "Top Chef" Teaming Up For Food Stand At Toyota Park

Concessionaire Spectra and Bravo’s “Top Chef” cooking show are launching a new premium food stand concept at the Fire’s Toyota Park. The Top Chef Quickfire stand will debut Saturday and feature dishes from the popular cooking competition show. Menu items will rotate with the first slate including items from Season 15 winner Joe Flamm and Season 1 winner Harold Dieterle. Bravo Media Senior VP Maria Laino DeLuca said the food concept at the MLS stadium is a good way for fans to connect with the show. Other sports venues have also brought in prominent local and sometimes national chefs. Flamm is a chef at Chicago-based Spiaggia, which is owned by Levy Restaurants.

Tony Mantuano, a James Beard Award winning chef at the same Italian restaurant, is part of a local chef series between Levy and the Cubs. Mantuano has a slate of Italian food and drink items rolling out tomorrow as part of that foodie effort.
