Pac-12 Task Force Recommends End Of "One And Done"

The Pac-12 today announced the recommendations of its task force on reforming college basketball, which include ending the "one and done" rule. The conference calls on the NBA to end its ban on drafting athletes directly out of high school, and refraining from drafting players who do choose college until three years after their high school graduation. The other main recommendations are to create a new enforcement unit independent of the NCAA; better regulate the recruitment process; fully disclose shoe/apparel deals; and provide access to pro agents for guidance while strengthening education about the scholarship and recruitment process (Pac-12).
