Scoreboard At Little Caesars Arena Will Be Largest For NHL Venue

The "center-ice/center-court overhead scoreboard at the new Little Caesars Arena will measure approximately 5,100 square feet and will be the largest scoreboard in the NHL by viewable area." The Daktronics-made board also has "four under-mount displays, which will be seen primarily by fans sitting closer to the ice or court" (DETROITNEWS.com, 7/17). The board will "allow video programming to completely wrap around the system and create for a 360-degree experience," while 45 LED displays will be "installed in and around the arena" (MLIVE.com, 7/17).
