Florida Selects HOK To Design $60M Stand-Alone Football Facility

The Univ. of Florida Athletic Association today selected K.C.-based HOK to design the school's "new stand alone football facility," which has an estimated price tag of $60M. The facility is part of a previously announced $100M master plan that also "includes renovations to the baseball and softball stadiums." HOK’s plan for the building is a "three-story, 130,000-square foot structure that will host all football operations." The building "includes a 'state of the art' strength and conditioning center, training room, hydrotherapy space, and a new immersive 3D hologram training environment" (GATORCOUNTRY.com, 2/22).
