Mondelez Launches Interactive Campaign To Support USWNT

Mondelez Int’l on Friday is launching an interactive campaign supporting the U.S. women’s national soccer team ahead of the '15 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Called #PassTheLove, the campaign encourages fans to share a message of support from a social media platform, which will be curated through an online “Wall of Support.” During the three USWNT send-off games this month, a large digital display will also showcase these messages.

The company held a launch event Friday in Hermosa Beach, Calif., where fans helped USWNT F Alex Morgan create a mural that was painted by kicks of a soccer ball onto the surface. Mondelez’ products, such as Ritz, Chips Ahoy and Trident, are the official snacks of U.S. Soccer.
