NBA Initiates Charge To Terminate Sterling's Clippers Ownership

The NBA today officially initiated a charge seeking to terminate Donald Sterling's Clippers ownership. The league noted that its constitution provides Sterling with the opportunity to respond to the charge by May 27, as well as the right to make a presentation at a special meeting to the BOG. The hearing, planned for June 3, will be presided over by T'Wolves Owner and NBA BOG Chair Glen Taylor (NBA).
