Fox earned a 46.4 fast-national rating and 111.5 million viewers for the Seahawks-Broncos Super Bowl last night. That figure marks the seventh-best Super Bowl rating on record and best viewership for any telecast in U.S. TV history. The 111.5 million viewers passes the '12 Giants-Patriots Super Bowl, which drew 111.3 million viewers on NBC. Last year’s Ravens-49ers Super Bowl on CBS earned a 46.3 rating and 108.4 million viewers (THE DAILY).
