Chevy Buys Block Of Commercial Time During "SportsCenter"

Chevy "has bought every second of commercial time during the first hour" of tonight's 11:00pm ET "SportsCenter" in order to "present its own version of a media roadblock" for the '14 Silverado. The ESPN show will feature "roughly eight minutes of Silverado commercials," plus "callouts and billboards." The "center piece" of tonight's effort is a new 60-second spot called "Convert" by Publicis Groupe's Leo Burnett that "explores the relationship between fathers and sons" (ADAGE.com, 9/5).
