49ers QB Colin Kaepernick has “signed an endorsement deal with Jaguar,” and he will promote the automakers’ new F-Type V8 S. Terms were not disclosed (TWITTER.com, 5/2).

Sources said that ESPN's Charissa Thompson after two years at the net "has left" for Fox Sports, where she worked earlier in her career. Thompson previously co-hosted "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" at Fox and it is "unclear" what her new role will be (THEBIGLEAD.com, 5/2).

Universal Sports Network signed a carriage deal with CenturyLink Prism TV, an IPTV distributor that operates in 15 markets, including Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Omaha. The deal includes full TV Everywhere rights (John Ourand, Staff Writer).
