MLS Media: Fire Ink Deal, Rapids Announce On-Air Talent

The MLS Fire today announced that Chicago-based WPWR-MYT will be the team's official TV broadcast partner for the '13 season in a deal that includes as many as 23 Fire matches this year. The station's coverage begins with the Fire's March 24 home game against Chivas USA.

Elsewhere in MLS, the Rapids and their TV partner Altitude today announced the on-air TV broadcast talent for the '13 season. Richard Fleming will join the broadcast team as its play-by-play commentator, while Marcelo Balboa will return for his eighth season as color commentator (THE DAILY).
