Longtime Univ. of Washington football radio commentator Bob Rondeau will receive the Keith Jackson Award for media excellence at the Western Sports Star of the Year banquet in Seattle.

SATURDAY

Former Fordham Univ. AD Frank McLaughlin will be one of 10 inductees into the school's Athletics HOF. McLaughlin played basketball at the school and served as its AD for nearly three decades, a tenure that ended last year.

Broadcaster Bob Costas will host the Garden of Laughs, a comedy event presented by Chase at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. The event benefits the Garden of Dreams foundation.

Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski and LF Quintin Berry will headline the team's 12th annual Detroit Baseball Dinner at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Mich.

The Nationals will hold NatsFest at Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Team Owner Mark Lerner and GM Mike Rizzo are expected to be in attendance.

The Reds will host their annual Select-A-Seat event at Great American Ball Park.

The Raptors will honor Canadian military forces during the team's game against the Cavaliers.
