NBA agent Aaron Mintz testified in federal court today that he suffered headaches and was prescribed anti-anxiety medication after learning his former employer, Priority Sports, obtained access to his personal email account. Mintz, who left Priority for CAA Sports in March, was the first witness in a trial to determine what damages, if any, Priority should pay by hacking into his Gmail account (Liz Mullen, SportsBusiness Journal).
