NFL, Travel Channel Announce Deal For New Show About Browns

The NFL today announced a deal with the Travel Channel for a new show titled, "NFL Road Tested: The Cleveland Browns," which will provide access to the team as it travels to six of its away games. The show, co-produced by NFL Films and RIVR Media, will debut Dec. 4 at 10:00pm ET. It is "expected to appeal to Travel Channel's male-skewing audience." Travel Channel parent Scripps Networks Interactive is based in Knoxville, Tenn., the hometown of new Browns Owner Jimmy Haslam III (BROADCASTINGCABLE.com, 11/5).
