MLB Network Will Carry A's-Tigers Game Two As First Playoff Contest

MLB Network on Friday announced that Sunday's A's-Tigers ALDS Game Two will be the first live postseason game covered by the net. Matt Vasgersian and Jim Kaat will call the game (MLB Network).

Secondary ticket prices for the first two Tigers-A's games at Comerica Park are down nearly 9% from last year's Tigers-Yankees ALDS. The "difference likely is because the games are in Detroit" instead of in Yankee Stadium. Tickets to this year's Tigers home postseason games as of Thursday evening were averaging $132.15 compared to $145.04 last year, according to secondary market price aggregator TiqIQ (CRAINSDETROIT.com, 10/4).
