Dates Return To Repaved Tracks In Sprint Cup Series '13 Schedule

NASCAR today announced the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule for the '13 season, the 65th season for its top series, which will feature several redesigned tracks. The first two races after the season-opening Daytona 500 will be at Phoenix and Las Vegas. For the third consecutive season, the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup will start at Chicagoland Speedway. With Kansas Speedway’s repave complete, next season’s Talladega Superspeedway autumn event will return to its traditional spot on Oct. 20. Kansas will host its '13 Chase event on Oct. 6 (NASCAR).
