The Bills today confirmed that Sunday's home game against the Dolphins will be blacked out in Western N.Y. About 7,000 tickets remain for sale for the 1:00pm ET game at Ralph Wilson Stadium (BIZJOURNALS.com, 12/15).

U.S. Reps. Joe Barton (R-Texas) and Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) today announced the formation of the Congressional Collegiate Sports Caucus, which will examine pressing issues facing college sports (THE DAILY).

The Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee has unveiled its Super Bowl poster, which was designed by artist Walter Knabe. The poster features the "tip of Indianapolis' own Soldiers and Sailors Monument bursting through a football, with Lucas Oil Stadium serving as a backdrop" (INDYSTAR.com, 12/14).

The NASCAR HOF saw attendance of 19,340 for the month of October, a 30% attendance drop compared to attendance of 27,555 for the same month last year (CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.com, 12/14).

Golf Channel today announced the release Golf Channel Mobile 3.0, a mobile app for iPhones, iPads and early next week for Android phones (Golf Channel).
