AMB Sports and Entertainment promoted NICK BROWN to VP & Deputy General Counsel; SVP/Marketing Communications RYAN MUCATEL to SVP & CMO; Atlanta United VP/Soccer Operations & Strategy DIMITRIOS EFSTATHIOU to United SVP/Strategy; and Falcons VP/Community Relations CHRIS MILLMAN to AMBSE SVP/Community Engagement and Sports Philanthropy. Brown will report to SVP & General Counsel JOE PIERCE; Mucatel will report to President TIM ZULAWSKI; Efstathiou will report to United CEO GARTH LAGERWEY; and Millman will report to AMBSE CEO RICH MCKAY (AMBSE).

Brooks Running CEO JIM WEBER is “stepping down” after more than two decades in the role. Brooks, who took over as CEO in 2001, has named President and COO DAN SHERIDAN as his replacement, effective tomorrow. Sheridan has been at Brooks for 25 years, starting as a sales manager (PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL, 3/12).

KSE Media Ventures promoted EVP/Content Distribution and Marketing STEVE SMITH to President. Smith will lead the operations of all KSE Media properties, which include Altitude Sports and Entertainment, KSE Radio, SkyCam, Outdoor Sportsman Group, Kroenke Network Operations Center and KSE Broadcast Services Group. Smith will report to KEVIN DEMOFF, who has stepped into the expanded role of KSE President/Team and Media Operations (KSE).

Outdoor Sportsman Group promoted COO MIKE CARNEY to President & CEO. Carney will manage and oversee Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, and World Fishing Network, while continuing to guide the vision for MyOutdoorTV, as well as OSG’s list of brand publications (OSG).

The Canucks promoted Dir/Player Development RYAN JOHNSON to Assistant GM and signed him to a contract extension. Johnson will also continue his role as GM of the AHL's Abbotsford Canucks as part of his promotion. Assistant GMs CAMMI GRANATO and ÉMILIE CASTONGUAY have also “received contract extensions” (SPORTSNET.ca, 3/12).

Aston Villa FC named Commanders VP/Partnership Sales and Strategy ANTHONY CANGELOSI to SVP/Partnerships (AVFC).
