AWFUL ANNOUNCING's Jessica Kleinschmidt noted ESPN and baseball analyst Jessica Mendoza have "reached an agreement on a contract extension" as Mendoza enters her 17th year with the company. The multiyear extension will see her "continue as a baseball and softball analyst with key roles" including the World Series on ESPN Radio, MLB studio including "Get Up," "First Take," "SportsCenter" and "Baseball Tonight." Additionally, she will "handle responsibilities for the Women’s College World Series Championship, Little League World Series Championship and select MLB television games" (AWFUL ANNOUNCING, 3/8).

PODCAST PLAYER: USWNT D Becky Sauerbrunn is joining the Men in Blazers Media Network's "The Women’s Game" vertical, hosting a new podcast, “Good Vibes FC” with "The Women’s Game" Editor-In-Chief and former USWNT MF Sam Mewis and USWNT F Lynn Williams. The podcast will offer analysis of the top stories in women's soccer around the world. Soda brand OLIPOP is the official partner of “Good Vibes FC," which will publish weekly on YouTube and all major podcasting outlets (Men in Blazers).
