NHL set for Stadium Series PreGame fest at MetLife

The NHL has unveiled the attractions and hockey interactives planned for the New Amsterdam Vodka NHL PreGame, the official fan festival of this weekend's Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series games between the Devils and Flyers on Saturday (8pm ET) and the Islanders and Rangers on Sunday (3pm) -- both to be played at MetLife Stadium. Before both games, the PreGame will host hockey attractions at MetLife Stadium Parking Lot G from 2:30-6:30pm on Saturday and from 10:30am-2:30pm on Sunday. A Stadium Series game ticket is required for access to the PreGame. Highlighting the PreGame will be the display of the Stanley Cup for fans to take photos with and the NHL’s United by Hockey Mobile Museum. Around 140,000 fans are set to gather within a 24-hour period at MetLife Stadium to watch back-to-back outdoor games during the 2024 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series this weekend (NHL).

The New Amsterdam Vodka NHL PreGame will include the following attractions, featuring official NHL partners and licensees: 

  • AstraZeneca: Fans seeking an interactive experience can stop by the Hatty Trick Challenge presented by AstraZeneca.
  • AWS: AWS Interactive Ice offers a unique immersive tabletop experience by allowing fans to place electronically enabled hockey pucks on hotspots across our digital hockey rink to bring NHL plays and statistics to life. 
  • Cat: Fans can win CAT-branded prizes, take photos with CAT equipment, and learn about CAT services.
  • Discover: The Discover "Starting Lineup" Experience will feature an immersive AI photo opportunity allowing fans to place their face on a custom digital Discover collectible.
  • Fanatics: Visit the Official Merchandise retail trailers for 2024 NHL Stadium Series jerseys, apparel, headwear and souvenirs.
  • Honda: The official automotive partner of the NHL in the U.S., will have the all-new Prologue – Honda’s first All-Electric SUV on display.
  • Jersey Mike’s: Jersey Mike's will bring an interactive gaming experience to hockey fans, featuring sub sandwich sampling, digital air hockey, augmented reality photo ops, sweepstakes and more. 
  • Navy Federal Credit Union: Visit the Navy Federal Credit Union Hockey activation to test your range and accuracy at its Hockey Shot Challenge.
  • New Amsterdam Vodka: Fans 21-plus can head to the New Amsterdam Vodka NHL PreGame bar to get a PreGame signature cocktail "Tri-State Punch."
  • Devils: The Devils Woo Crew will be on-site on Saturday, along with a shooting accuracy activation and mascot.
  • Islanders: The Islanders will host their interactive Slap Shot Booth and epic Prize Wheel on Sunday.
  • Rangers: The Rangers Blue Crew will be present and fans will have a chance to grab a giveaway and take a photo with the NO QUIT IN NY letters.
  • NHL Fan Access App: As the official event app, NHL Fan Access features maps, schedules, the "Ask Stanley" virtual assistant, opportunities to win prizes and more. 
  • NHL Network: Head over to the NHL Hardest Shot to test your slap shot and see how hard you can shoot a puck.
  • Pepsi: Fans will have the opportunity to sample Pepsi products, engage with a fun photo activation and enter for a chance to win a custom Pepsi bobblehead.
  • S. Preston Art + Designs: S. Preston is an NHL licensed sport artist, specializing in creative, minimalist hockey illustrations of famous, iconic moments, arenas, and mascots.
  • State of N.J.: Tented area and tabletop staffed by representatives for New Jersey Travel & Tourism.
  • Ticketmaster: Fans can visit the Ticketmaster Bullseye Battle to show off their wrist shots by aiming to shoot their puck through the Ticketmaster "t."
  • United By Hockey Mobile Museum: An interactive experience that celebrates the game’s trailblazers, changemakers and business leaders spanning across multiple underrepresented and multicultural demographics. 
  • Upper Deck: Get your own personalized 2024 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series trading card from Upper Deck, the exclusive trading card partner of the NHL. 
  • Verizon: Fans can tailgate with games, charging stations, seats with plenty of photo opportunities and a chance to win prizes.
