Sportsnet taps Sportradar to deliver data for North American broadcasts

Canadian television network Sportsnet is tapping Sportradar to deliver data for its North American broadcasts. As part of the partnership, Sportsnet will receive access to Sportradar’s radar360 database and web application, OnAir real-time statistics integration platform, research analysts, and graphic support, which will be used to augment Sportsnet’s broadcasts.

Across its network of channels, Sportsnet broadcasts games of the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs, the MLB’s Toronto Blue Jays, and NBA’s Toronto Raptors, among other sports. The partnership with Sportradar will encompass Sportsnet’s entire brand portfolio, including its four regional channels (East, Ontario, West, Pacific), sister channels (Sportsnet ONE, Sportsnet 360, Sportsnet World), Sportsnet+ streaming service, and Sportsnet Radio Network.
