Duray/J.F. Duncan Industries

Something is always cooking at J.F. Duncan. The food service consultant’s Los Angeles headquarters features a 75,000-square-foot fabrication stainless steel manufacturing plant where it can custom build virtually any piece of commercial kitchen environment equipment. The company helped design, build and install equipment for Allegiant Stadium’s 25,000-square-foot central production and distribution kitchen and its catering areas, nightclub and other concession areas. Similarly, the company developed work spaces for UBS Arena, SoFi Stadium, TQL Stadium and renovations of the Portland Timbers and Thorns’ Providence Park. The company last year was a consultant for a study by Brailsford & Dunlavey and CAA Icon that evaluated future improvements that will likely be needed at T-Mobile Park. — D.B.
