The company designs and builds broadcast control rooms and sound systems, installs large-format video displays, develops TV-visible signage strategies and — unique among venue technology providers — sells advertising on the technology it provides. Since Jerry Cifarelli Jr. acquired ANC in January, the company’s revenue has increased 40% and bottom line growth is up 250% compared to full-year 2022, and the company is on track for its most profitable year since Cifarelli’s father founded the company in 1997. ANC helped create the world’s first 4K kinetic center-hung entertainment system on display in Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center; is designing, procuring, and/or installing the new center-hung video display and LED ribbons at the American Airlines Center and the scoreboard replacement at FedEx Field (above); and upgrading the football stadium video technology at Arkansas and SMU (which will both run on ANC’s venue control software). — D.B.
