Longtime Mavs CEO Ussery No Longer With Under Armour After Joining Company In July

Under Armour as part of a federal filing this morning announced President of Global Sports Categories TERDEMA USSERY is "no longer with the company," according to Ryan Sharrow of the BALTIMORE BUSINESS JOURNAL. Ussery joined UA in July after 18 years with the Mavericks. Ussery's departure became public as UA is "spreading a number of key roles among current executives" in advance of COO & CFO BRAD DICKERSON leaving the company in February. As part of the moves, President of Footwear & Innovation KIP FULKS will "now focus on 'key' development areas in the company's business." He will initially turn to "marketing in the acting role" of CMO. Chief Merchandising Officer HENRY STAFFORD has "taken on an expanded role to oversee footwear and innovation." Meanwhile, President of Int'l KARL-HEINZ MAURATH "has been appointed" Chief Revenue Officer (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/10).
