Under Armour COO & CFO Brad Dickerson Stepping Down In February

Under Armour COO & CFO Brad Dickerson is "leaving early next year." Dickerson, who has been with the company since '04, will stay on until February. He has served as CFO since '08 and added the COO title earlier this year (BALTIMORESUN.com, 10/13). The move will leave UA Founder, Chair & CEO Kevin Plank "without an executive who helped fuel the company's rapid growth." UA will conduct an "external search for a new CFO, and Dickerson’s operational duties will be distributed among the current leadership team," as well as to the new CFO (BLOOMBERG NEWS, 10/13).
