          This weekend's total attendance of 190,967 in Baltimore
     for the Orioles-Blue Jays series was the most in team
     history for a four-game series (WASHINGTON POST, 6/30)....On
     Wednesday, the Packers board of directors will meet to
     examine a proposal to sell additional stock to shareholders
     of the team (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 6/29)....In an
     interview with Curt Brown of the Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE,
     NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, on why the NHL is coming back
     to Minnesota: "We think the circumstances presented by this
     expansion -- namely a new state-of-the-art arena, the local
     ownership group headed by Robert Naegele, the commitment of
     the civic and corporate leaders and the changing building
     location to St. Paul reflecting population shifts in that
     direction -- that this is going to work out very well"
     (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 6/29)....The Packer Hall of Fame
     expansion project, which includes enlarging the lobby, gift
     shop, and adding more bathrooms, is expected to be completed
     today (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 6/30).
