Fox Networks Group Spain appointed VÍCTOR GARCÍA-MORATO as programming & content director of its entertainment channels in Spain, Fox and Fox Life. He will report directly to FNG España GM DANIEL PÉREZ, whom he will replace as head of programming "after his promotion last June." COACHES/MANAGERS: Women's Super League 1 side Arsenal Women appointed Australian coach JOE MONTEMURRO as its new manager. Montemurro was assistant coach at W-League club Melbourne City and replaces PEDRO MARTÍNEZ LOSA, who left Arsenal Women on Oct. 25 "after three years in charge" (BBC, 11/8).
