Scottish Premiership side Inverness Caledonian Thistle was "thrown into fresh turmoil" on Monday after Chair WILLIE FINLAYSON announced his "imminent resignation less than three months into the job." The Edinburgh-based businessman will be replaced by club Dir GRAHAM RAE, a retired oil and gas company exec. McLaren Technology Group appointed TIM BAMPTON to lead its strategic, corporate and brand communications, including McLaren Racing and McLaren Applied Technologies. Bampton will oversee and direct the group's media operations, corporate and brand communications and consumer and lifestyle communications for its partners and initiatives. He comes to McLaren from CSM Sport & Entertainment, where he served as CMO (McLaren).
