Former WBA heavyweight champion DAVID HAYE "threw a punch at TONY BELLEW when they met at a press conference on Wednesday to promote next year's fight." The pair, who will meet at London's O2 Arena on March 4, "went head-to-head before Haye reacted to a shove from Bellew" (BBC, 11/30). ... Former Super League side Leeds Rhinos player ADRIAN MORLEY has rejoined the club "as academy coach." Morley started his career with Rhinos, playing 149 games at second-row and prop, before joining National Rugby League side Sydney Roosters in '00 (BBC, 11/30). ... Pro12 rugby side Cardiff Blues player ANTON PEIKRISHVILI has been banned for six weeks for "biting an opponent" in his club's Anglo-Welsh Cup defeat by Ospreys on Nov. 18. The 29-year-old Georgian has played twice for the Blues "since joining on a short-term contract." In the second of those games, "he bit Ospreys back-rower ROB MCCUSKER and was sent off" (BBC, 11/30).
