COACHES/MANAGERS: League One club MK Dons is "set to appoint" Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian coach ROBBIE NEILSON as its new manager, "subject to the two clubs agreeing compensation." Neilson was in Milton Keynes on Tuesday for talks, "but will take charge" of Hearts' match against Rangers on Wednesday. He will replace KARL ROBINSON as manager of the Dons, who are 19th in England's third tier (BBC, 11/30). ... Serie B side Salernitana announced the resignation of Manager GIUSEPPE SANNINO.
