Eleven Sports Network reached an agreement to bring live and exclusive action from the Int'l Swimming Federation (FINA)/airweave Swimming World Cup in '16 and '17 to fans in Singapore. In the deal facilitated by FINA’s official media agent, Lagardère Sports, swimming fans will be able to follow action from eight events from this year’s World Cup on TV, online and mobile via the Eleven Sports digital service, with Rio 2016 Olympic Games 100m butterfly champion Joseph Schooling set to participate (Eleven Sports Network).

Dorna Sports and free-to-air channel TV2 announced recently launched channel Spíler TV will be the new home of the MotoGP World Championship in Hungary, beginning in the '17 season. MotoGP races and qualifying sessions will be shown live on the new channel. TV2 is also set to broadcast an additional highlights program providing a roundup of all the best action of the weekend, following each race (MotoGP).

Germany's Sport1 will show this year's Women's Bundesliga live on free-TV. The channel secured the non-exclusive, platform-neutral rights from the German FA (DFB) through the '17-18 season, including up to 22 live games per season, meaning it can show a top game every matchday. Games will be available on Sport1 free-TV and Sport1+ as well as via livestream at Sport1.de (Sport1).

Broadcaster Eurovision reached an agreement with NTT Electronics for the supply of contribution encoders to support its global fiber and satellite delivery platform. NTT Electronics has shipped over 100 units of NTT Electronics' H.264/AVC HDTV/SDTV contribution encoder to help Eurovision provide coverage of football, tennis, Formula 1, cycling and Olympic events this year (Eurovision).

Telecom Ooredoo Qatar said it will continue its partnership with the Qatar Olympic Committee following the completion of the recent Olympic Games.
