Former UFA Sports Co-Managing Dir STEFAN FELSING has been appointed as exec VP, media -- global sales & acquisitions. Felsing will oversee the sales and acquisitions of media rights inclusive of all businesses across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. NIKOLAUS VON DOETINCHEM has been appointed as VP, media -- Europe. Nikolaus also joins Lagardère Sports from UFA Sports and has been in the media rights business for 15 years. MARCO GONZALEZ has been appointed to the role of VP, media -- key accounts & partnerships, BRADEN CLARKE as VP, media -- Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa and ADAM HOLZER as VP, media -- Americas (Lagardère Sports). ... Italian side Inter Milan appointed MICHAEL GANDLER as its new CRO. Gandler will be responsible for all commercial and revenue generating opportunities at the club, and will report to Inter CEO MICHAEL BOLLINGBROKE. Gandler has several years' experience as a senior exec at Major League Soccer in the U.S., where he oversaw global sponsorships and media and was responsible for the launch of the MLS' Canadian business as well as the Women's Professional Soccer League (Inter Milan). ... England Golf CEO DAVID JOY will leave the organization at the end of this year to become the CEO of British Canoeing. He announced his resignation to the board and to staff Monday and will take up his new appointment Jan. 1. Joy joined England Golf in April '13, following the merger of the former Golf Union and English Women's Golf Association (PGA). ... Barcelona President JOSEP MARÍA BARTOMEU reportedly decided to to name JOSEP VIVES the club's new spokesperson. Sources said that he will take over the role next week. Vives previously worked for Spanish Basketball League (ACB) side Manresa (AS, 9/29).

Former EPL side Watford and Chievo boss Sannino "immediately emerged as the favorite" to succeed Castori (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 9/29). ... Liga MX side Cruz Azul terminated the contract of coach SERGIO BUENO after "he collected six losses in 10 matches" as coach. Bueno arrived at Cruz Azul this summer (ESPN, 9/28).
