Chelsea Signs Three-Year Partnership With Global Charity Plan International

Chelsea named Plan Int'l its new global charity partner. The agreement will help some of the world's poorest children. Plan is one of the oldest and largest children's development charities, supporting more than 80 million young people and their communities in 51 countries through education projects, improving healthcare and campaigning for children's rights. The three-year partnership will see Chelsea support Plan's activity in Africa, Asia and South America, raising funds and awareness for the charity. Plan's logo will also be featured on the club's European shirts, starting with Wednesday's Champions League match at home to Maccabi Tel Aviv. The club and charity will develop a football-themed program, "Champions of Change," to teach boys and girls about equality and respect (Chelsea).
