Bundesliga Side Werder Bremen Partners With Turkish Airlines

Bundesliga side Werder Bremen signed four new sponsorship deals "following the start of the new Bundesliga season at the weekend," according to SOCCEREX. The biggest deal "is the return of Turkish Airlines as the club's official airline partner." Global steel trading company Buhlmann, protective clothing manufacturer Rofa Bekleidungswerk and hire car firm Enterprise Rent-A-Car "are the other three new sponsors to have signed up with Bremen in the past few days." All four new sponsors "will receive advertising presence on the hoardings around the pitch at Bremen's Weserstadion." Elsewhere in the Bundesliga, newcomer Ingolstadt expanded its existing sponsorship package with vehicle technology developers BFFT. According to Sponsors.de, the new deal, "which includes significant activiation opportunities at the club's stadium" as well as a hospitality package, will cost BFFT €75,000 ($82,700) per season. Finally, Ukrainian home improvement store EpiCentr "has become a fourth-tier exclusive sponsor of DFL-Supercup champions VfL Wolfsburg" (SOCCEREX, 8/18).
