President Obama is attending today's Oregon State-Maryland men's basketball game at Comcast Center, as Michelle Obama's brother, Craig, is OSU's coach. UM is asking fans to arrive "as early as possible" due to increased security precautions (WASHINGTON POST, 11/17).

A source said that Univ. of South Carolina DE Jadeveon Clowney is "leaning toward signing with Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports" for representation (SPORTS.YAHOO.com, 11/15).

Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott said that there "have been no recent talks with DirecTV and Charter Cable officials" regarding the impasse on carriage of the Pac-12 Networks. Scott: "Our team reached out, but there has been no movement" (L.A. TIMES, 11/16).

Sources said that Road America in Wisconsin "could host its first NASCAR Sprint Cup race" in '15. The track has hosted the NASCAR Nationwide Series since '10 (SHEBOYGAN DAILY, 11/17).

An NFL Women's Apparel Style Lounge will be at Sports Authority Field at Mile High today for the team's game versus the Chiefs. The pop-up lounge "will feature women's NFL apparel for sale, a DJ and 'fanicures'" (DENVERPOST.com, 11/16).
