Music City Bowl's LSU-Notre Dame Matchup Brings Crowd, Buzz

Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl President & CEO Scott Ramsey said that more than 60,000 tickets have been sold to tonight's LSU-Notre Dame matchup at LP Field. Both teams "sold their 8,000-ticket allotment." The stadium seats about 67,000 (THEADVOCATE.com, 12/30). This is "by far the most compelling matchup in the bowl's history." These are "two national brands, with legions of loyal fans who have brought the party to Nashville" (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 12/30).
