Sporting K.C. To Celebrate 50th Straight Sellout Friday Night

Sporting K.C. anticipates hosting its 50th straight sold-out match Friday when the team takes on the Dynamo at Sporting Park. The club throughout the week leading up to the milestone has been offering fans opportunities to win prizes through its Twitter and Facebook accounts. The giveaways have included tickets, autographed memorabilia, exclusive merchandise and the team-branded Sporting KC Championship Ale from Boulevard Brewing Co. In addition, the team has encouraged fans, using the hashtag #SKC50, to tweet about their favorite memories from the team's sellout streak; the best submissions will be displayed on the in-stadium videoboard (Sporting K.C.).
