Texans DE J.J. Watt has signed a deal to endorse the H-E-B Grocery Co. Watt has already begun appearing in tailgating ads along with several Texans teammates "encouraging viewers to load their grocery sacks with H-E-B beef products." The deal also extends to Watt's charitable foundation (BIZJOURNALS.com, 1/17).

Furniture Row has agreed to an extension of its multifaceted deal with the Tim Tebow Foundation. The pact calls for Jets QB Tim Tebow to work with Denver Mattress in its efforts to raise funds in support of orphanage services via the foundation (Furniture Row Cos.).

Judge Helen Berrigan has dismissed Saints LB Jonathan Vilma's lawsuit against NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell (ESPN.com, 1/17).
