CBS, PBR Renew Media Rights Deal, Totaling 100 Programming Hours

CBS Sports renewed its media rights deal with the PBR, making CBS and CBS Sports Network the exclusive home of the sport. Financial terms are not available. This year was the first time CBS carried PBR, sharing the package with NBC. The new deal will see CBS show 10 events this year, and CBS Sports Network will carry 25 events over 40 telecasts, including the World Finals from Las Vegas in October. All told, the two networks have committed to carry 100 hours of PBR programming. David Neal Productions will produce the telecasts.
