Mike McCarthy To Co-Chair Manhattan Place Entertainment

Former Blues CEO and MSG Network President Mike McCarthy has been named co-Chair of Manhattan Place Entertainment. A formal announcement is expected this afternoon. Before resigning in June, McCarthy ran the day-to-day operations of the Blues and operated the team’s arena, the Scottrade Center. McCarthy is a founding partner of SCP Worldwide, which purchased the Blues and the arena in '06. Prior to joining the Blues, McCarthy spent 23 years with the MSG Networks Group. At Manhattan Place Entertainment, a TV production company started in '87, McCarthy will help oversee new business development and brand project growth.
