Delaware North to handle F&B services at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle

Delaware North will handle Climate Pledge Arena's food and beverage program when the venue opens in Seattle this fall. The arena, which will house the NHL expansion Kraken and the WNBA Storm is aiming to be the first ever net zero carbon certified arena in the world, and Delaware North is committing to playing a significant role in that effort by featuring curated vendors, local ingredients and partners that capture the spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Steve Dominguez will serve as GM of Delaware North’s operations in Seattle, and Molly DeMers has been hired as executive chef. Dominguez joins from Centerplate, where he oversaw the company’s Seattle operations, including T-Mobile Park. DeMers was the executive chef for three years at the Seattle Aquarium and has previously worked in sous chef or executive chef roles at convention centers in San Diego and Denver.
