NFL VP/Business Development DOUG SMOYER is "leaving the league" HQ in N.Y. to join Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment as Chief Sales Officer. Smoyer said that he was "looking forward to selling a more varied inventory including naming rights, suites, PSLs, property sales and the Dorna in-stadium ad business." Meanwhile, Van Wagner Sports Group Senior VP KIP KOSLOW "has departed" after 13 years to "join Lagardere's consulting division" (Terry Lefton, Staff Writer).
