Tyson Foods Becomes Latest Corporate Content Partner For The Players' Tribune

The Players’ Tribune will announce later today that it has signed Tyson Foods as its latest corporate branded content partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tyson Foods brands, including Ball Park and Hillshire Farm, will be integrated into in The Players' Tribune branded essays, a video series and photo galleries featuring retired great athletes including Ken Griffey Jr., Brandi Chastain, Johnny Bench, and Cal Ripken Jr. It is the second major corporate partnership for The Players’ Tribune in as many weeks. The media company announced a multi-dimensional partnership with Budweiser last week. As part of the Tyson Foods partnership, The Players’ Tribune will debut a new video series, titled “Field Notes,” where Griffey, Chastain, Bench, and Ripken will share stories. The first content piece debuts today on the site with Griffey’s take on the “Best Play I Ever Made” and the first installment of the "Field Notes" series.
