The Seattle Sports Tech Meetup Is Back

SportTechie is a sponsor of the Seattle Sports Tech meetup. This is a guest post by the organizer of the Seattle Sports Tech Meetup, Joel Carben. Joel is also the CEO and founder of IdealSeat, an app that helps you find the best seat to catch a foul ball or home run.

We are excited to announce the next Seattle Sports Tech Meetup on October 14th at SURF Incubator. Joining us will be very special guest Dash Davidson from Tableau!

“Dash graduated from college in 2014 and now works as the Sports Data Analyst at Tableau Software where he helps people see and understand their sports data. Dash has always been interested in sports stats and has done a lot of work with baseball projections, through his co-founding of Steamer Projections. He is a passionate Yankees fan and adores Alex Rodriguez.”

Come early for the networking and food/drinks and stay for a great presentation. Afterwards we will go to sports tech roundtable mode which is a unique opportunity to present your latest startup or product to our members.

The Seattle Sports Tech Meetup is possible due to contributions from sponsors Sportradar, SportTechie, and SURF Incubator.

Location: SURF Incubator, 999 Third Ave, 7th floor, Seattle, WA
