Brewers Renovate Seating Area Now Dubbed The Associated Bank Check Deck

The Brewers on Thursday announced that Miller Park this season will include a renovated seating area called The Associated Bank Check Deck. The area, formerly known as the Harley-Davidson Deck, can hold 42 people, with prices beginning at $47 per person, and is available for group rentals. Those seated in the Check Deck will have access to an all-you-can-eat buffet. The Check Deck will include fan engagement activities that are being finalized by Associated Bank. The bank will also offer special events for its customers, additional ATM machines and a gnome giveaway on August 2 bearing the likeness of Brewers P Matt Garza. The company has also included in its expanded Brewers partnership an Associated Bank “Check In” gate in left-centerfield. Associated Bank customers who display a valid credit or debit card can access the stadium through the gate (Brewers). In Milwaukee, Rich Kirchen reported the Green Bay-based bank has been a Brewers sponsor since '06 "when Associated launched its Brewers-themed checking program." Harley-Davidson Dir of Corporate Communication Maripat Blankenheim said that the the Milwaukee-based motorcycle maker "decided not to renew a long-term sponsorship agreement with the Brewers." She said, "The Brewers have been great to us and having the deck was great. But after looking at it, we just made the decision to look at other options" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 3/27).
