Under Armour is "shaking up its management team," and North America President HENRY STAFFORD will become Chief Merchandising Officer. He will "be replaced in the role" of North America President by Exec VP/Global Marketing MATTHEW MIRCHIN. North America Senior VP/Sales ADAM PEAKE will take over Mirchin's role. CFO BRAD DICKERSON will continue in his role, as will President of Int'l KARL-HEINZ MAURATH. Additionally, COO KIP FULKS will continue in his role while overseeing the company's footwear business. All changes take effect Dec. 1 (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/4).

CHANGE OF SCENERY: The Aspen Skiing Co. on Monday announced several organizational moves. The company promoted Mountain Division Senior VP DAVID PERRY to COO and named RANA DERSHOWITZ Chief Legal Counsel. Meanwhile, CFO MATT JONES adds the title of Chief Information Officer. The company also named JOHN LILLEY to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer and promoted VP/HR & Retail JIM LAING to Chief HR Officer. Finally, VP/Hospitality DON SCHUSTER's role is expanding to include hospitality operations along with development and project management (Aspen Skiing Co).

EXECS: Mobile platform OneUp Sports named former MLSE President & CEO RICHARD PEDDIE Strategic Advisor to the CEO. Peddie will become a member of the OneUp Sports BOD and the company's senior management team. He will report directly to OneUp CEO DAREN TROUSDELL (OneUp)....The Dynamo named Impact Technical Dir MATT JORDAN to the newly created position of VP & GM (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/4)....The Angels named former Rangers interim manager TIM BOGAR Special Assistant to the GM (LATIMES.com, 11/4)....Learfield Sports named three execs to GM roles for its collegiate media rights entities: CRIS CARRICO for the Mountain West Conference Sports Properties, PHILLIP MCALPIN for Northern Kentucky's Norse Sports Properties and RONNIE HENDERSON for Cal Poly's Mustangs Sports Properties (Learfield)....The Pirelli World Challenge and WC Vision named JULIE BENTLEY Dir of Partnership Relations and promoted VP/Marketing & Communications GREG GILL to VP & GM (WC Vision)....The USL Pro Harrisburg City Islanders named TAYLOR PETTIS Operations & Business Relations Manager (Islanders)....SMG Canada named PETER JELINSKI GM of the Medicine Hat Regional Event Centre in Medicine Hat, Alb. The venue is scheduled to open in August '15 (SMG).
