EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CA-based Ashworth promoted TERENCE TSANG to Exec VP &
     COO.  Tsang will retain his title of CFO.  Tsang joined
     Ashworth in March '99 (Ashworth)....The Bills terminated the
     contract of GM JOHN BUTLER (Mult., 12/20)....The Pro Hockey
     Player's Association (PHPA) named DEAN MOORE as Dir of
     Player Relations-ECHL (PHPA).....USA Gymnastics' BOD named
     former Int'l Trampoline Federation President RON FROEHLICH
     as Chair, while USOC President Emeritus BILL HYBL and Dow
     Chemical Business President BOB WOOD were named Public
     Sector Dirs.  In addition, Wood was also named Treasurer and
     GARY ANDERSON was named Secretary (USA Gymnastics).
