          The NFL's Dir of Officials JERRY SEEMAN announced he
     will retire after the 2000 season (Mult., 7/9)....Fotoball
     USA named TOM HILLEBRANDT as VP/Finance.  Hillebrandt was VP
     & CFO of CA-based Internet software company ChatSpace
     (Fotoball USA)....TERI THOMPSON, the former Sunday Sports
     Editor for the N.Y. Daily News, who left for ESPN Magazine
     last year, is rejoining the Daily News as Deputy Managing
     Editor/Investigations, heading a new three-member sports
     investigation unit.  T.J. QUINN, who covered the Mets for
     the Bergen Record, will join the paper as a baseball writer
     (Daily News)....The 49ers named CINDY JENSEN as Public &
     Community Relations Assistant (49ers)....The Packers named
     KRISTIN MCCORMACK as PR Assistant (THE DAILY).
