DEALS & DOLLARS: FILA ON W/ TENNIS CANADA; YAHOO! GORGES

          Fila Canada has entered into a three-year deal with
     Tennis Canada to become the Official Clothing and Footwear
     of Canada's int'l women's tennis championships.  Beginning
     with this year's event in Montreal, Fila will outfit all
     event officials, staff and volunteers.  Fila will also be
     the Official Merchandising Supplier of Tennis Canada-branded
     clothing and footwear for the championships (Tennis Canada).
          GORGE OUT! Yahoo! Sports Outdoors has become an
     Official Sponsor of the Subaru Gorge Games, joining Subaru,
     Nautica, Netmarket.com, Paul Mitchell, Irish Spring,
     Monster.com and American Airlines as sponsors (Gorge Games).
          HOCKEY: The ECHL has inked two-year licensing deals
     with three different jersey manufacturers -- CCM, OT Sports
     and Jersey Express -- each of which will be represented on-
     ice and receive the right to produce authentic and replica
     jerseys for certain ECHL teams (ECHL)....The AHL inked a
     deal granting CCM the exclusive North American rights for
     the production and marketing of the Calder Cup 2000
     Championship locker room T-shirt and headwear (AHL).
          BACK, BACK, BACK: BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that
     Century 21 extended its MLB sponsorship, as "what was the
     final year of a two-year deal now is the first of a three
     year deal," with an option for two more (BRANDWEEK, 5/22).
          I GO SWIMMING: Goodyear has entered into a marketing
     agreement with USA Swimming, as well as signing separate
     deals with swimmers Jenny Thompson, Lenny Krayzelburg and
     Neil Walker and coach Richard Quick (Goodyear).
